Version 1.0, 2026-10-28. These terms cover the use of roofingcollective.co.nz and our local roofing enquiry websites. Roofers who join as members also agree to the member terms at sign-up.
What the service is
Roofing Collective NZ passes homeowner roofing enquiries to member roofing businesses and lists those businesses on this website. We are not a roofing contractor. Any quote, contract or work is between you and the roofer, and we are not a party to it.
Listings
Profile content on this website is supplied by the roofing business concerned. We check that members are real businesses and, where a Verified Roofer badge is shown, that the New Zealand Business Number they gave us is valid. We do not guarantee the quality, price or timing of any roofer's work, and we do not inspect the work.
Enquiries
By sending an enquiry you confirm the details are accurate and that you agree to one roofer contacting you about the job, as described in our privacy policy. We review enquiries and may decline to pass one on, for example if it is not a roofing job or appears not to be genuine.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, copy or republish the content of this website, send false or abusive enquiries, interfere with the website's operation or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Intellectual property
The design and text of this website belong to Roofing Collective NZ. Roofer profile content belongs to the roofer who supplied it.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Roofing Collective NZ is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from any dealings between a homeowner and a roofer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
Governing law
New Zealand law applies, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.
